Withlocals experiences can be booked for more than one person. Here is how group and family bookings work.
Picking the number of guests at checkout
During the checkout, you set the number of adults and the number of children in your party. The price updates as you change these values. Pricing is per person.
The guest count is locked once the booking is made. If your group size changes later, see How to add or remove guests.
Group size limits
Each experience has a maximum group size set by the host. You can see it on the experience page before you book. If your party is larger than the maximum, the checkout will not let you pick that many people.
If your group is too large for the standard experience, you can request a personalized offer from the host. This lets the host design a custom version of the experience for your full group.
Inviting your friends or family to the booking
After booking, you can invite the friends or family you're travelling with to join the booking. Send them an invite by email from your booking page, and they can see the booking details on their own Withlocals account. This is an invitation only, it does not add seats to the booking.
