You can message your host through Withlocals chat. Every booking keeps its conversation with the host in one place.
Open the chat from your booking
Log in to Withlocals on the web or in the app.
Open My Bookings and select the booking.
In the Your host section, tap the Chat with {host name} button.
That opens the conversation with your host in Messages. You can also go straight to Messages from the main menu to see all your chats.

All host communication goes through Withlocals chat. Keep the conversation there so you have a record if something goes wrong.
Close to the time of your experience, your host's phone number appears on the booking details page. You can tap it to call them directly, for example if you're running late or can't find the meeting point.
Withlocals shows a safety reminder in every chat: communicate and transfer money only through the Withlocals website or app. If a host asks you to pay or message elsewhere, see Is this message really from Withlocals?.
