Why Withlocals cannot change a partner booking
When you book through a partner platform, the partner handles the payment, confirmation, cancellation, and refund. Withlocals receives the booking and assigns it to a host, but changes and cancellations have to go through the platform you booked on.
How to change or cancel
Go to the platform where you booked and use their booking management:
Viator: log in to your Viator account, open your booking, and follow Viator's change or cancel options. For help, contact Viator customer support.
GetYourGuide: log in to your GetYourGuide account, open your booking, and follow their change or cancel options. For help, contact GetYourGuide customer support.
Which cancellation policy applies?
The partner's cancellation policy applies, not the Withlocals direct-booking policy. Check the booking details and the partner's terms for the exact rules.

Not sure where you booked?
Check your booking confirmation email. The sender and the booking reference tell you which platform processed it. If the email comes from Viator or GetYourGuide, that is where you manage the booking.

Your host still sees the booking and can chat with you about the experience itself.
Refunds for partner bookings come from the partner, on their timeline, not from Withlocals.
If your host cancels a partner booking, the partner handles the refund.
