How to reschedule your booking

If you need a different date or time, you can reschedule eligible bookings yourself by picking a new slot from your host's availability.

Steps to reschedule

  1. Open the booking from My Bookings.

  2. Find the Reschedule booking action and start.

  3. Pick a new date from the available days.

  4. Pick an available time on that day.

  5. Confirm the new slot.

The booking updates to the new date and time right away. Your price stays the same.

When you can reschedule

The Reschedule booking action is only available when all of the following are true:

  • The booking is confirmed.

  • The experience is more than 72 hours away.

  • The experience supports instant confirmation (so new slots can be booked directly from the host's agenda).

If your booking does not meet these conditions, the reschedule button is disabled or hidden. In that case, message your host to agree on a new time, or cancel and rebook if the cancellation policy allows it.

What if there are no suitable slots?

If your host has no availability that works for you, the date/time picker will not show a matching slot. Your options are:

  • Check later, in case the host adds more availability.

  • Cancel your booking and rebook a different time or a different host. Remember that cancellation is subject to the Cancellation and refund policy.

Good to know

  • Rescheduling keeps the same booking and the same price.

  • Rescheduling is free and does not involve a refund.

  • Bookings made through Viator or GetYourGuide cannot be rescheduled from Withlocals. Manage those on the partner platform. See Booking through Viator or GetYourGuide.
