All your bookings live in your account on the website and in the Withlocals app. You can see what's coming up, look back at past trips, and open any booking for details.
How to find your bookings
Log in to Withlocals.
Open the menu and choose Bookings.
You'll land on the Schedule page, which shows your upcoming bookings.
Upcoming and archived bookings
Withlocals splits your bookings into two pages:
Schedule shows bookings that are still ahead.
Archived bookings shows bookings that have already happened or were cancelled.
From the Schedule page you can open Archived bookings using the link at the top, and from Archived bookings you can jump back to Schedule the same way.
What you can do with a booking
Click any booking to open its detail page. From there you can see the full information for the booking, message your host, and use the actions available for that booking (for example, request a date change or cancel, depending on the cancellation policy of the experience).
Booking statuses you may see
Confirmed: your booking is set and the host has accepted it.
Unconfirmed: the host hasn't accepted yet. You'll get an update once they do.
Completed: the experience has taken place.
Cancelled: the booking was cancelled by you, the host, or Withlocals.
Good to know
The website and the Withlocals app share the same data. Anything you do in one shows up in the other.
Booking confirmations are also emailed to you, so you can use your inbox as a quick reference.
