If a guest sends you a message you don't trust, or the content is not appropriate, report the conversation from the chat. Withlocals reviews the case and blocks the account if needed.
How to report a conversation
Open your chat with the guest.
In the top right corner, tap the i icon.
Scroll down until you see the Report button and tap it.
Pick the reason for your report and add any details that help us understand the situation.
Choose Report to submit your report, or Report & Block if you also want to stop this guest from contacting you.
What happens after you report
Withlocals receives a notification and reviews the case.
If the message turns out to be spam, a scam, or otherwise against the rules, we take action on the account.
Reporting alone does not change the chat. Only Report & Block stops the guest from messaging you further.

Report a message whenever you don't trust it or its content is not appropriate. It helps keep the platform safe for you and all other hosts.
You can report a conversation for hate speech, inappropriate behavior, spam, or scam and fraud.
