How to delete your account

You can delete your Withlocals account yourself from the host profile management page. Deletion is permanent.

How to start deletion

  1. Log in to the Withlocals website or app.

  2. From your host dashboard, tap Manage profile.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and open the account deletion link.

  4. Fill in the reason, type the word delete to confirm, and tick the confirmation checkbox.

  5. Tap Delete account.

What happens next

  • Within 1 hour: your account is deactivated and you're logged out on all devices.

  • After 30 days: all information associated with your account is permanently deleted.

  • During those 30 days: you can still cancel the deletion by contacting Withlocals support to recover the account.

When you delete your account:

  • Your future bookings are cancelled.

  • Your account information, including bookings, invoices, and chat messages, is removed.

  • Any future payouts are prevented.

Changed your mind?

If you're still within the 30-day window, contact Withlocals support to stop the deletion and recover your account. Once the 30 days pass, the account can't be restored.
