Withlocals generates an invoice for each booking and a credit note when a booking is refunded or cancelled. You can browse and download them in the Finances section of your host dashboard.
How to find them
Open the Finances section of your host dashboard.
On the home page, in the Invoices & Credit notes section, tap Go to overview.
The invoices overview lists one row per booking with the booking number, trip date, confirmation date, and a link to the file.
Tap a row's file link to open the PDF in a new tab.
Filtering the list
The invoices overview supports two filters:
Filter period: pick a year, then narrow down by quarter or month, against either the trip date or the confirmation date.
Filter document type: show all documents, only invoices, or only credit notes.
Use + Add filter to add or change filters.

A credit note references the original invoice it relates to.
Downloading
Each row in the overview opens the PDF directly from Withlocals. Save it from the browser if you need a local copy. There is no built-in bulk download in the Finances section of your host dashboard.
Good to know
The PDF you see for a booking is also the document Withlocals issues to the guest for that sale. If a guest asks for an invoice, you can forward this PDF or point them to Withlocals support.
Invoices are generated automatically. You don't create them yourself.
