Withlocals sends you two kinds of emails: emails about your bookings and account (like booking confirmations and messages from your host) and marketing emails (like travel inspiration and offers). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
How to unsubscribe from marketing emails
Every marketing email from Withlocals has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it.
You'll land on a confirmation page that tells you you've been unsubscribed. You can add a reason and any extra feedback on the same page, but that step is optional. Once you're done (or after a short wait) you're sent back to the Withlocals homepage.
Booking and account emails
Emails tied to your bookings and your account (booking confirmations, host messages, and similar updates) aren't part of the unsubscribe process. Withlocals sends them because you need them to use the platform, so they can't be turned off.
If you no longer want any email at all, the only way is to delete your account. See How to delete your account.
Good to know
Unsubscribing only affects marketing emails. Your bookings and messages keep working.
If you're not seeing any Withlocals email, check your spam or junk folder, and add Withlocals to your safe senders list so future messages land in your inbox.
