Your host dashboard shows every booking you have, upcoming and past. From the dashboard you can open a booking, chat with the guest, call them, start a transfer, or cancel.
Where your bookings live
Upcoming bookings on your homepage lists each upcoming booking with its date, time, number of adults and children, your payout, and the guest's name and photo.
Actions required: if a booking needs your attention (for example an unconfirmed request), an Actions required section appears above the upcoming bookings with a count.
Schedule: your full booking list. Tap any booking to open its details.
Archived bookings: past and cancelled bookings. You can switch between the schedule and the archive from either page.
What you see when you open a booking
Title of the experience, start and end date and time, duration.
Number of adults and children, booking reference.
What's included and excluded.
The guest's profile and any special request they added when booking.
The meeting point.
Payment details and your payout.
A Help section with a link to the help center and a button to contact Withlocals support about the booking.
If the booking came through a partner like Viator, a Partner booking banner with the partner's name appears at the top.
Actions you can take
From the booking details you can:
Chat with the guest (not available for partner bookings, see Partner bookings).
Call the guest if their phone number is shown.
Transfer the booking to another host (see Transferring a booking to another host).
Cancel the booking (see How to cancel a booking).
Accept or reject an unconfirmed booking request.
Good to know
If you can't host a booking, transferring to another host is better than cancelling because the guest keeps their trip. Both transferring and cancelling affect your booking completion metrics.
If the guest changes or cancels the booking, the update shows up in the booking details and as a notification.
