Starting times are set per experience, not in your global agenda. How you set them depends on whether you're hosting a Withlocals Originals experience or your own host offer.
Withlocals Originals
On a Withlocals Originals experience, starting times are defined as a time range with a start and an end. Guests can pick any slot every half hour within that range. The range is set by the Withlocals team and the same for every host on the experience.
On the experience detail page in your host dashboard, open the Basics tab to see the starting times range for the experience. The label reads something like "Every half hour from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM."
You can't edit this range yourself. If it needs to change, contact the Withlocals team.
Your own host offers
In the host offer form you pick starting times on the Pricing & availability step. The interface is a grid of every half-hour slot across a 24-hour day.
Open Experiences in your host dashboard.
Find your host offer under Your host offers and tap Edit.
Go to the Pricing & availability step.
Tap each time slot you want to offer. Active slots turn on; tap again to switch them off.
Save the step.
Quick select
Above the grid there are three shortcut buttons:
Morning adds 06:00 to 11:00
Afternoon adds 12:00 to 17:00
Evening adds 18:00 to 21:00
The shortcuts add the full set to any times you already picked. You can then trim individual slots from the grid.
Instant confirmation
On the same step there's an Instant confirmation toggle. When it's on, bookings are confirmed immediately and guests don't wait for your approval.
Good to know
On your own host offer, starting times apply every day the experience is bookable. They're not set per weekday.
More starting times means more booking opportunities. The form calls this out as a pricing tip.
On a Withlocals Originals experience, availability within the defined range also depends on your agenda and your book-ahead time.
