Withlocals is a curated platform. Every host offer submitted through the form is reviewed by the Withlocals team before it goes live.
How it works
You complete the five-step offer form and tick the agreement on the final step: "I understand that Withlocals is a curated platform & each new experience is reviewed before being published."
You submit the offer. Its status becomes Under review.
The Withlocals team evaluates your submission.
Your offer is either approved and published, rejected, or parked while the team decides whether it fits the portfolio.
The three possible outcomes
The final step shows one of three outcomes depending on where your offer stands.
Under review. Your offer has been submitted and the team hasn't decided yet. You can still edit your offer while you wait, and you can preview the live version from the submit step.
Approved. You'll see the "Your offer is live" confirmation and a link to view the experience page on withlocals.com. Guests can start booking.
Rejected. You see a rejection message. This means the team decided your offer doesn't currently fit the portfolio.
What the team looks at
Reviewers check every field you filled in: title, teaser, description, highlights, meeting point, photos, pricing, duration, group size, and starting times. The form validates most fields on the way in, so missing information is flagged before you can submit.
After approval
Once approved, your offer appears under Your host offers on the Experiences page with the status Published. You can unpublish it at any time from that page, or edit it and push the changes live.
Good to know
Because Withlocals gets a high number of submissions, the team only follows up on offers with high potential or a strong match to the portfolio. Not every rejected submission gets a detailed explanation.
Withlocals Originals experiences don't go through this review process. You join them directly from your recommendations (subject to eligibility checks like a tour license).
You can preview your submitted offer before and after review using the "Preview your experience" link on the submit step.
